I am lucky enough to have spent my childhood in San Luis Obispo and play in the sand at Pismo Beach while my grandmother and brother fished from the pier. Two of my great aunts married farmers and settled on the Central Coast; a dairy in Arroyo Grande and a citrus farmer in Nipomo. The Nipomo farm was established circa 1920. Two great uncles and a great aunt worked for William Randolph Hearst. My only uncle worked for Alex Madonna at his hardware store in San Luis Obispo. Clamming with grandpa at Pismo Beach in the wee hours of the morning. Camping every summer since I was two months old in a camp located amongst the oaks with a creek - this area is now Lopez Lake. I was a fortunate child that was exposed to many places and local adventures with my family. With strong family roots on the Central Coast I have never strayed too far. My travels always bring me back to this amazing place. Proud to be from here and proud to share this magical place with my friends and clients. Let me be your guide!

My introduction into real estate sales on the Central Coast began at Trilogy at Monarch Dunes. I was a sale representative there selling new homes. I then sold for a real estate firm in Pismo Beach where I listing and sold existing homes. It wasn't long before the master developer of Monarch Dunes invited me to work for Blacklake Realty. I learned so much about the Monarch Dunes community - the history of its development, Woodlands Development partnering with Shea Homes' Trilogy division as the primary builder and the what the Master Plan was for build-out.  Besides keeping records for the developer, I sold The Villas, Custom Home Site, Commercial Sites, and the Monarch Ridge Townhomes.  I was selling for the same developer at Rice Ranch in Orcutt.

I put my passion for the area into my business. I have successfully parlayed a career in Marketing and Business Operations into best serving clients in their real estate transactions. This has been  accomplished by combining creative marketing solutions with solid negotiating practices, open communication and a strong commitment to client service.  Client satisfaction is achieved through diligent research, old-fashioned hard work and understanding the intricacies that comprise the varying markets as well as my skills with navigating the sometimes unique situations presented during the financing, escrow and closing processes.
